Good news! The schedule has been posted for the March 2008 Paul Mills International Las Vegas Camp.
As always, you decide what you go to and work on. If you need recommendations, please let me know!
I am honored to be teaching two seminars this camp:
“Maintaining Your Edge: How to Use Intercepting, Wedging and Centerline Control for Tactical Advantage” and “Tapping into the Spinal Reflex Arc Utilizing AKKI Internalization Patterns.”
Don’t feel obligated to go as we can cover this stuff in class. I recommend that you go check out some of the other topics offered to see what you can pick up from Mr. Mills other senior students.

About the Author:

I can’t wait! I was so disappointed when camp was cancelled in September, but it has sure made my anticipation for March 2008 camp grow.
I went to camp for the first time last year, not knowing what to expect. I had only been a student for a few months, and I worried that it wouldn’t do me any good because I hadn’t even learned many of the basics. I’m here to tell you that it doesn’t matter how advanced you are, camp is worthwhile! Besides the obvious value of interacting with other AKKI students from across the globe, as well as with Mr. Mills, I was able to attend many classes and learn lessons that I remember today. I also gained perspective and pride/respect with regards to my chosen studio, its students and instructors. But the biggest thing I got out of camp was that it really energized me and helped me commit even more to my martial art studies. I’ve been promoting attending camp with my fellow students ever since! Hope to see ya in Vegas!

Jessica, you looked like a deer in the headlights when you walked in, but you quickly got comfortable and began absorbing the lessons. Thank you for sharing your story and for being such an advocate for the camps!
