I've watched a couple of their shows and wish I could have watched more. Its good to see how they train in different countries. Human Weapon is definitely worth every minute.

I saw a snippet of this a little while ago and thought it looked very interesting. I'll have to record it also. You may also be interested in <a href="http://channel.nationalgeographic.com/channel/fightscience/?fs=www9.nationalgeographic.com" rel="nofollow">Fight Science</a>
It was an interesting show. They have a crash test dummy with various sensors and measure the strikes from different disciplines.

I HAVE SEEN A COUPLE OF MINUTES OF ONE OF THESE EPISODES. IT IS PRETTY INTENSE. IT IS NICE TO SEE HOW OTHER PEOPLE TRAIN AND TO SEE SOME OF THESE GUYS WHO ARE AT THE TOP OF THEIR GAME.BUT ALAS, NO TIVO OR HISTORY CHANNEL FOR ME. MAYBE I WILL HAVE TO CORRECT THAT PROBLEM.
