Here is another great video of the founder of American Kenpo, Mr. Edmund K. Parker. You can see that Mr. Mills doesn’t fall too far from the tree!

  1. Do you know the names of the vict… er… participants other than Mr. Parker? The intensity was great, especially all the throwing on the hard gym floor. I would have been interested to see some techniques on multiple targets since we often say that the system is designed to work on a single, or multiple targets.

  2. My father is a Grandmaster for Bushido Kenpo. I am his son and have been studying this art for many many years. This video represented the old ways of the art. I like learning history about Kenpo and it system.
