Our classes are conveniently located on the far north end of the Olympus Hills Shopping Plaza — just off of the I-215 belt route — inside FOCUS Health & Fitness.

The facility is located behind ACE Hardware and Einstein Bagels. Parking is located on the north east side of the building.

Modern Facilities

Our training room has a spacious workout area with all of the latest amenities. We have padded carpet, full length mirrors, air conditioning, hanging bags, and freestanding kick bags.

We also use focus mitts, kicking shields, and more to help aid our students training.

Free Public Parking

There is free public parking immediately in front of the gym and the parking lot is well lit in the evening time. You will always find a space near the door.
