Our martial arts for adults classes are conveniently located north of the Cottonwood Mall in Holladay, Utah; with our driveway located in-between Burt Brother’s Tires and Rutted Hair Salon on the west side of Highland Drive.
Our recently renovated 2,500 sq. ft. training facility has a spacious workout area with all of the latest amenities. We spared no expense and have new training floors, punching bags, mirrors, and other modern day training equipment.
We also have new mats, focus mitts, kicking shields, BOB training dummies and more to help aid our students training so they can get into better shape and learn effective self-defense more effectively.
